Shipping Policy

Ashford Wellness is operated by Andere Niveau, a business registered in Hong Kong. Products ordered through ashfordwellness.co.uk are dispatched from within the United Kingdom.

Delivery area and charges

We currently deliver to the United Kingdom. Standard delivery is free.

Orders are shipped domestically, so customers will not be charged customs duties or import fees on delivery.

Delivery times

Our estimated delivery time is 3–5 working days from the date you place your order. This estimate includes order processing and delivery.

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Any different delivery arrangements will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed dates. If your order is delayed, please contact us and we will investigate.

Delivery problems

If your parcel is missing, damaged or marked as delivered but has not arrived, contact support@ashfordwellness.com with your order number.

We remain responsible for your order until it is delivered into your possession, or that of someone you have nominated to receive it. We will work with the carrier to resolve delivery problems.

Address changes

Please check your delivery address before placing your order. If you notice an error, email us as soon as possible. We will try to update the address, but changes may not be possible once your order has been dispatched.
